Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups light brown sugar
1/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 to 1 cup of chopped pecans (or walnuts)
9 in. Pet-Ritz pie crust


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Mix sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until well combined.
Add pecans and pour into pie crust.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Sometimes it takes about 5 minutes longer.
