3 packs of Creamy Chicken Ramen
2 cans of tuna (drained)
1 bag of frozen broccoli (16 oz)
1 container of tofu
3 over-hard eggs
You can pretty much add whatever vegetable you want. I went through my freezer and cleaned out whatever half-bags of frozen vegetables I could find.
Boil broccoli (and/or whatever vegetable) in a cooking pot for 2-3 minutes; add noodles and boil for another 3-4 minutes.
While this is boiling, cook the 3 eggs and set them to the side to cool. Afterward, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut tofu into bite-sizes.
Leave noodles and broccoli in water; add tofu, eggs, and tuna. Add the seasoning packets last.
Stir well until blended (harder than it sounds) and enjoy
