Dietary guidance: v v
2 large Avocados (or 3-4 medium size)
6 medium roma/vine-ripened tomatoes (or more to taste)
4-6 large cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp. cilantro (less if using dried cilantro, more if using fresh)
1 1/2 tsp. (aprox.) salt (or more to taste)
Chop up avocados, tomatoes, and garlic to desired size of pieces. Mix together (carefully--I use my hands); then add salt and cilantro, mix again.
Serve with corn chips!
