Ingredients

CHICKEN
Two chicken legs, skin on OR two chicken breasts, skin on
One large bulb ginger, peeled, chopping into pieces
Garlic-infused oil

RICE
Garlic-infused oil
Chicken stock from previous step
Rice

SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp light soya sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2-3 Tbsp chicken stock

ACCOMPANIMENTS
Chilli Garlic Sauce
Sliced Cucumber
Dark Soya Sauce

OR

Sesame oil mixed with dark soya sauce.

Method

CHICKEN
1. Boil in water with the other ingredients until cooked.

RICE
1. Wash rice.
2. Cook in chicken stock with garlic-infused oil.

SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
1. Combine ingredients ;)
