1 lb ground pork
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1scallion thinly sliced
2 egg separated (saving both parts)
1 pkg wonton wrappers
Combine first five ingredients along with the separated egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper.
Dab a small amount of the remaining egg white on 2 of the sides of the wrapper.
Fold over to form a triangle and seal with your fingers.
Deep fry in 350 degrees oil turning on both sides until golden brown. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
