Dietary guidance: v v
¼ cup vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice (use fresh lemons)
1 tsp celery seeds
2 Tbsp sugar
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped onion (you can substitute 2 tsp of dried onion flakes)
3 cups sliced, peeled cucumbers
Combine first 7 ingredients and pour over the cucumbers. Refrigerate for several hours, stirring once in a while.
Doubling this recipe will serve 6-8 people.
