Lemon Basil Carrots

Ingredients

1 lb baby carrots
2 tblsp butter
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tspn garlic salt
1/2 tspn dried, crushed basil
Dash of pepper

Serves 4.

Method

Cook carrots until tender. Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour butter mixture over carrots, toss and serve.
