Lemon Basil Carrots

1 lb baby carrots
2 tblsp butter
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tspn garlic salt
1/2 tspn dried, crushed basil
Dash of pepper

Serves 4.


Cook carrots until tender. Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour butter mixture over carrots, toss and serve.
