Green Gazpacho

Ingredients

3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup lowfat Greek-style yogurt

Method

Puree all ingredients except yogurt in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and whisk in yogurt. Cover and chill before serving.
