Dietary guidance: v
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter or margarine
4 tbsp water
2.6 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1.3 cups all-purpose flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package medium tofu
2 cups of dream whip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease spingform pan.
Mix sugar, butter and water in medium pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add eggs. Mix until well blended.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Mix until well blended. Add vanilla. Pour into springform pan.
Bake 30 - 35 mins or until almost set. Cool.
Thoroughly blend tofu in food processor.
Melt 1 package of chocolate chips with 2 tbsp of water in microwave.
Add chocolate and vanilla to tofu. Blend well.
Line outside of springform pan (on top of brownie base) with strawberries that have been sliced in half. Pour in tofu mixture.
Prepare dreamwhip and top the cake with it.
Chill and serve.
