Liz's Jamaican Tuna Balls

Ingredients

tuna
eggs (as many eggs as cans of tuna)
onion
bread crumbs
chilli
thyme
pepper

Method

Strain tuna, finely chop onion and mix all ingredients together until can be mushed into ball shapes (semi-dry consistency).
Mush into small balls and coat with more bread crumbs
Shallow fry in vege oil until crisp all round
Drain oil on paper towel
Serve with mayo, chutney, sweet chilli, whatever.
