Lipton's chicken noodle soup, small or medium size red pepper, frozen peas, can of tuna, medium "block" of cheddar cheese or a bag of shredded cheese hamburger buns
Cook chicken noodle soup in a large pot on the stove, but only use 2 cups of water, NOT the 4 cups it usually says on the package! Turn to low heat after it boils, cook for 5 minutes. Dice the red pepper, and add that, and 1 cup of peas to the chicken noodle soup. Turn heat to medium to cook. Add can of tuna (drained) to mixture. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, but if its not already bought shredded, use a cheese grater and grate cheese over the pot. (you also avoid making a mess).
Spoon sandwich soup mixture onto hamburger buns. Serve with chips or Cheetos if desired.
Simple to make, good source of protein and I think it's delicious!
