Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 2 hours
4 oyster blade steaks
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
Beef stock cube
Take a heavy base ceramic pot (non stick will clean easily).
Layer sliced onions at the bottom.
Add bay leaf
Pour Marsala wine over the onions.
Arrange the carrots over the onions.
Followed by the oyster blade steaks
Sprinkle rosemary and crumbled beef stock cube
Add water till its just covering the meat.
Salt and pepper
Bake in the oven 180degreesC for minimum 2 hours.
In the last 1/2 hour, remove the pot from the oven.
Add sliced potatoes on the top, trying not to mix it in the juice.
Thats a complete meal with a green salad.
