Approx. 40 baby carrots (pre-washed, pre-peeled)
1tsp minced garlic (more or less to taste)
1/2tsp fresh thyme
Steam the carrots for 15 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached. When finished, transfer to medium-sized bowl, add butter, ginger and thyme, and mix until carrots are well-coated.
