Low-Fat Blueberry Cobbler

This is a tastey, low fat dessert that everyone will enjoy. Very quick and simple!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Serves: 4-6

Dietary guidance: v 


1 cup low-fat Pioneer baking mix.
1 cup sugar
1 cup skim milk
3 cups blueberries
1 stick of margarine or light butter


Melt margarine in baking dish.

Mix baking mix, sugar, and milk. Pour over margarine.

Put blueberries on top.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
