6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup dry rice
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350
Put uncooked rice in an 11 x 17-in. casserole dish.
Mix soup and water together. Pour over rice.
Lay chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
