Mexican salsa

I had authentic mexican salsa on my honeymoon, I loved it so much, I came home, played around with a few ingredients and managed to make some just like I had in Mexico. Enjoy!

**The salsa is a bit watery, but it's supposed to be like that**

3 tomatoes, quartered
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1/2 lime


Put all ingredients into a food processor except lime. Squeeze lime juice over ingredients. Put lid on, and pulse until nice and chunky and fairly chopped. Put into bowl with lid, and chill for 1 hour before serving with corn tortilla chips.

Non-food processor recipe:

Chopped tomatoes finely, add to a large bowl.
Chop cilantro finely, add to bowl.
Add all the rest of ingredients except lime. Squeeze lime juice over ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let chill for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
