Spanish Carrots

2 tbsp butter
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 lb carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tbsp ketchup
chili powder, to taste


In a large skillet; melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add carrots and salt; cover and cook for 10 minutes; shaking skillet occasionally. Add peppers, ketchup and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are tender crisp.
