1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 cup cucumbers, diced
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce, chopped
2 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cup rice, cooked & cold
1 cup mayonnaise
soy sauce, to taste
In a large salad bowl; layer radishes, cucumbers, celery, lettuce, onion, peppers and rice. Top with mayonnaise. Just before serving toss gently to blend. Serve with soy sauce.
