tenderloin steak
1 bottle Stubbs steak marinade
minced garlic or garlic powder
Dale's seasoning


Place steaks in pan; cover with (whole bottle) Stubbs marinade, sprinkle with garlic, dash of Dale's on each steak (very salty...so be careful). Cover an marinade 2 hrs in fridge. Sear in cast iron skillet for 2 mins. each side. Remove and grill till done (400-425 degrees for thick steaks)
