2 lb ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 lb mozzarella cheese, thickly sliced
1/2 cup green basil leaves
1/2 cup purple basil leaves
salt & pepper, to taste
favourite oil & vinegar dressing, to taste
On a large serving plate; arrange tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle dressing on top.
