Preparation time: 5 minutes
2 medium heads iceberg lettuce, rinsed
2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper, to taste
In a large bowl; tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
In a small bowl; whisk lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle dressing over lettuce, toss gently and serve..
