HashBrown Casserole

Serves: 6-8


1 bag frozen hashbrowns
1 small tub sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion diced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs or crushed corn chips


Mix all together thoroughly and put in a retangle shaped baking dish or casserole dish of your choice.Top with cracker crumbs or chips and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
