Molten Chocolate Cake

My favorite dessert from work at the Samoset!

Preparation time: 15 mins.
Cooking time: 15 mins.

Serves: approx. 15


dark chocolate- 7 1/2 c.
butter- 12 oz.
flour- 6 T.
sugar- 6 T.
eggs- 12 ea.
vanilla- tt.


1. melt butter in a saucepan
2. add chocolate, and stir til chocolate is completely melted
3. add sugar and flour
4. remove from heat and whisk in eggs and vanilla
5. scoop into sprayed muffins tins, layering batter, ganache, batter.
6. bake at 340 degrees for 15 mins.
