Swiss Muesli

Muesli soaked overnight in fruit juice

1 ½ cup uncooked oats
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (4 containers)
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 ½ tsp vanilla
Optional: 3 Tbsp honey or packet artificial sweetner, chopped nuts


Mix all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to four days. Serve sprinkled with dried fruit and nuts or wheat germ if desired.
