I found this recipe for a vegan fruit smoothie, and it is now my favorite drink!!!

1/2 cup silken tofu
1 cup soymilk
1 banana
1 cup frozen or fresh fruit (i like the frozen blueberry/strawberry blend)


put in blender and blend. makes enough for 2 servings. it's my favorite drink!
