everything else is optional:
your choice of vegetables: carrots, celery, onions, peppers, etc.
your choice of meat: chicken, chuck/round steak, etc.
Marinate meat for at least one hour before adding.
Prepare recipe for a 9" pie crust. Set aside.
Slice veggies: carrots to 1/4", potato chunks (soak in cold water until ready to use), celery to 1/4", and diced onions and/or peppers.
Divide dough in half. Roll thin. Divide to make 2 patties. Fill each, and dot with butter. Crimp dough around edges and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Prick dough with fork. Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Done when lightly browned, with juices bubbling, and fork inserts easily.
