Tortilla Shell Chips

Oven Roasted tortilla chips great for dipping :)

- Medium sized bag of basil tomato tortilla shell (My favorite use whatever kind you want)
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Savory spice
- 1 cup of parmesan
- 2 cookie sheets


- Heat oven to 400F

- Cut each tortilla shell into 8 pieces

- Put tinfoil on the bottom of the cookie sheet

- Mix all ingredients except for the tortilla chips and
Parmesan (leave those two out!)

- Spoon on about one teaspoon of the the olive oil mixture (about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon will do per chip)

- Bake in the oven for 4 - 5 minutes and remove

- While chips are baking prepare your second batch on the 2nd tin foiled cookie sheet and simply swap the tin foil of cooked chips with the tin foil with unbaked chips.

***Great with Humus, Tzatziki etc.
