Rob and Lindsay's P. Butt's Choconana Vegan Ice Cream

Needless to say, this was named by Rob. Try it, you'll like it! Oh, but you'll need an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

1 tetra box firm silken tofu
1 cup chocolate rice milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 ripe bananas
1 dark vegan chocolate bar, minced into fine slivers

Method

In a food processor or blender, blend the tofu, rice milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Add the bananas and peanut butter and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to directions. A few minutes before it is finished, add the chocolate slivers.
