75 g unsalted butter
1 tablespoon passionfruit pulp or passionfruit syrup
3/4 cup icing (powdered) sugar
1. Cut butter into 1/2" chunks and melt (microwave or stovetop) until about 1/2 liquid.
2. Add passionfruit pulp and sugar to butter.
3. Blend thoroughly with a hand mixer. Ready to spread!
This covers a 9"x5" loaf thickly so could easily cover a 9" circular cake or 6-8 cupcakes.
