Ingredients

5 Tsp Dry fast rising yeast
1/2 cup & 2 Tbsp Soya protein flour
1 Cup whole wheat Flour
½ Cup & 3 Tbsp Unbleached Flour
1 ½ cups & 2 Tbsp Gluten Flour
1 ¼ cup & 1 Tbsp wheat bran
¼ cup & 2 tbsp Flaxseed meal
2 cups water (warm)
¼ cup Olive Oil
3 Pkg sweetner (twin or splenda )
½ tsp salt

Method

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then 350 for 20 minutes
