one medium size onion
one red juicy tomato
dash of salt
3 tbsp on lemon juice
cilantro (as desired)
jalapeno peppers (as desired)
dice tomato and onion into small pieces.
cut jalapeno peppers into REALLY tiny pieces.
chop desired amount of cilantro.
add tomato, onion, cilantro salt & lemon juice, jalapeno peppers and mix.
Serve over omelets, with steaks, or just with nachos.
