Cooking time: 8 to 10 hours in or 1 hour in pressure cooker

3 to 4 lbs beef rump or roast
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon instant minced onion or (1/2 tablespoon of onion powder)
1 cup beef stock
In a bowl combine salt, seasoned salt, paprika and minced onion. Rub all sides of meat with the mixture. In a crock pot, combine seasoned beef with onion and stock. Cover and let cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or 1 hour in a pressure cooker, or until meat is tender. Remove from pot and slice.
If gravy is preferred thicken juices with flour dissolved in a small amount of cold water after removing meat from pot. Otherwise serve with pan juices.
