Christmas Casserole

Serves: 10 to 12


8 slices of bread cubed
2 lbs sausage, browned and drained
2 cups swiss cheese grated
4 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups milk
3/4 tablespoon dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste


Place cubed bread in 9X13 buttered pan. Mix loose sausage and cheese. Spoon on top of the bread. Beat eggs with the milk, soup, mustard, and salt and pepper. Pour over bread, meat, and cheese. Refridgerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
