Salmon Patties

1 can of Salmon (in red can)
1 egg
1 large package oyster crackers
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 small onion


Clean all the meat from the black skin and bones.
Mix together egg, meat, onion, seasonings, crackers, and mayo.
Heat oil in Pan
Cook Over Med-Low Heat
When Brown Flip one time.
Make Sure Onions are fully cooked.
