Serves: 12-24 Krispies depending on size
Dietary guidance: v
1 1/2 cups White Choc Melts
1/4 cup Golden Syrup
1/4 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
3 - 4 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup raisins, (optional)
Melt Choc, Syrup & Butter in Microwave till smooth.
Add mixture to cornflakes and raisins (I prefer no raisins). Make sure all flakes are covered.
Drop a tablespoon of mixture onto some greaseproof paper to form small mounds. Refridgerate until firm or Freeze for 10 minutes ;)
This recipe is extremely adaptable and can be done with Rice Bubbles instead of Corn Flakes. Milk chocolate or Dark Chocolate can also be substituted and you can leave out the Golden Sryup if you don't want that butterscotch flavour. Other additions can be coconut, glace cherries, peanuts, mini marshmallows...
