Ramen Soup with Egg Drop Option

Sodium Reduced version of the classic ramen with an egg option.

1 Ramen Packet (any flavor- you will discard the flavor packet)
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 Chicken Buillon Cube
1 Can of Water
(optional) 1-2 Egg(s)


Pour chicken broth and water into a pot and place the buillon cube in. Heat until cube is dissolved. Place the ramen noodles in the mixture. While the noodles are cooking, you may whisk 1-2 eggs in a bowl. After 3 minutes, or when the noodles or cooked, you may drop the egg in increments into the pot. After the last of your egg is gone, turn off heat and enjoy.
