Ingredients

1 pkg bean sprouts
1 bag baby spinach ( triple washed )
1 pkg mushrooms ( sliced and washed )
1 cup raisins
1 cup cashews ( unsalted )
1 cup scallions ( washed and sliced )
1 red pepper ( washed and chopped )
vinaigrette
1/4 cup e.v.o.o
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 clove garlic ( mashed and minced )
salt and pepper to taste
( don't add all the vinaigrette )

Method

whisk vinaigrette ( taste )
MIX IT UP ( taste )
rectify seasoning , ( salt and pepper if needed ) ENJOY !!
