Quick no cook pasta/pizza sauce

I love this recipe! The longer you let it sit the better, so I try to keep some in the fridge at all times!

Serves: Makes about 4 cups

28 oz can of Chrushed tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

5 cloves fresh minced garlic (1 tablespoon granulated garlic powder, I like the fresh better with this no weird graininess to the sauce)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt adjusted to taste


combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
