1 packet old el paso cheesy taco seasoning
grated cheddar cheese
1 lb lean hamburger meat
12 hard tortilla shells
1 bag of romaine lettuce
Brown hamburger meat and add seasoning as the packet says.
Heat tortilla shells in the oven for about 7 minutes, when cool enough to handle, crush and layer them in the bottom of 2 large bowls.
When meat is finished, split evenly, and add about half of each portion to each bowl.
Cover with cheese, and then layer remaining meat on top with another layer of cheese.
Add salad on top to the top of the bowl.
Add sour cream, salsa, or both.
Mix well and enjoy.
