Quiche

This is my Mother-in-law's great quiche recipe. It makes a great breakfast on Sunday mornings.
The filling measurements are to taste.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour

Serves: 6

Ingredients

Pie crust:
1 cup of butter
2 1/2 cups of flour
dash of salt
dash of sugar

Filling:
Meat, couple of kinds (we use pork breakfast sausage and ham) 2lbs. cooked
Cheese
broccoli
cooked potatoes
egg
seasoning
Onion
mushrooms
peppers

Method

Make the crust:
mix flour and salt.
Cut in the butter.
Add ice water until a dough.
try not to work pie crust too much.
place most of the crust in pie pan

mix all filling ingredients together and put in pie pan
add the rest of the crust to the top of the filling and pinch together with bottom crust.

Cook at 350 for 1 hour
