1 1/2 cup rice (long grain)
2 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 diced chicken breast
boil water on stove and add rice.
in a small pan on the side scramble the eggs together and chop up into little bits. put in a large bowl.
then cook the chicken in sesame oil and soy sauce.put chicken in bowl but leave the oil. put in more soy sauce and steam the mushrooms.
while rice is cooking make sure that once it becomes at least 1/2 way cooked our out most of the water and place a top on the pot and steam whats left
mix rice, chiken, mushrooms, eggs and the sauces and oil together.
