1. Premade pie crust, or make your own...
2. 1 can of pumpkin puree
3. 1 cup packed brown sugar
4. 1 kg cream cheese
5. 1/2 cup whipping cream
6. 2 eggs
7. 1 tbsp flour
8. 1 tsp each cinnamon and vanilla.
9. 1/2 tsp ground ginger, nutmeg, and salt.

Bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins then pour in the filling,
Filling: in a food processor, puree together pumpkin puree,sugar,creamcheese,whipping cream,eggs,flour,cinnamon,ginger,vanilla,nutmeg and salt.
Pour into pieshell; bake in bottomthird of 350 oven for one hour, or untill set around the edgesand slightly jiggly in center.
Slice when cooled and serve with whipped cream topping! Yummy!
