Cooking time: 45 minutes
Dietary guidance: v
3/4 cup brown sugar.
2 well beaten eggs.
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree.
1 cup milk.
nutmeg/cinamon/ginger (more nutmeg than others)
Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream/vanilla ice cream optional.
(can put foil on pie crust to avoid burning)
