Chicken breasts

Dried tarragon flakes
Just simply slice up the chicken breasts, roll them in some seasoned flour, pop them in a pre-greased dish suitable for the oven, cover with pouring cream, sprinkle the tarragon over the chicken, add some paprika if you fancy, just to add a bit of colour, pop it in the oven at 180 for 20 mins and serve with salad and crusty bread...yum!!
