Broccoli Casserole

Easy bachelor casserole that will give you left overs for lunch for the next 2 days.

Ingredients

2 12oz broccoli packages (or = fresh)
rice (Brown is best for you)
2 cans of 'Cream of (any vegetable) soup'
Veggie boullion
your preferred cheese (cheddar is standard)
crackers or croutons

Method

Start Rice. Brown will take 40% longer than white.

Prehead oven to 375

In 3qt Pyrex dish chuck in defrosted broccoli. Add the two can's of soup. Mix in boullion and then a little of the cheese.

When rice is done, mix in dish. Add rest of cheese and bread crumps/broken crackers on top. Obsessively ensure that cumbs and cheese are evenly dispersed across the top.

Bake for 30-40m until it starts to solidify and the top get a golden and a little crispy.

Eat.
