125g Butter, 1 and a half cups sugar, 1 cup of hot water, 2 tablespoons Cocoa
1 and a half cups of Self Raising Flour, half teaspoon of bi carb soda
2 beaten eggs
Put butter, sugar, hot water and cocoa in saucepan and melt then stand to cool.
sifted SR Flour and bi carb soda together then mix in 2 beaten eggs and stuff from the saucepan and mix well.
Put in 8 inch tin
Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes or until cooked check by sticking a squewer in middle and if nothing sticks its cooked
