120g self-raising flour } sift
1/2 tsp salt }
100g dark chocolate
50g caster sugar
80g brown sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
1 level tsp vanilla essence
4 tbs rum/grand mariner (optional)
20-30ml whipping cream
60g chopped walnuts
60g chocolate chip
1. melt butter, sugar & chocolate in a basin over hot water.
2. add flour into chocolate mixture, follow by eggs & vanilla essence. beat till smooth.
3. mix in alcohol & walnuts.
4. sprinkle chocolate chip on top n bake at 160deg for 35-40mins.
