Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 50-60 minutes
1 dozen eggs
1 10.5 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 lb of any cooked meat (Hamburger meat is Charley's favorite. Chicken and turkey are good as well.)
1 tbsp of Onion flakes
8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
Combine egg, cream of mushroom, milk, and meat. (Note: if using chicken, cream of chicken is better than cream of mushroom.) Place mixture in a greased baking dish.Top with shredded Cheese.
Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
This dish can be made the night before and placed in fridge. Then placed in oven the next morning.
