Peanut Butter Smoothie

8 ounces plain soy milk
3 to 5 large ice cubes
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 large ripe banana


Place soy milk and ice in a blender. Add peanut butter, then honey and banana. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes.

To serve more people, just double (or triple, or quadruple...) the recipe.
