Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
1 6-oz box of JELLO
2 cups water
2 3-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 can of sweetened, condensed milk
1 carton of COOL WHIP (extra creamy rocks!)
Bring water to a boil.
While it's boiling, use hand-held mixer to fluff up the cream cheese.
Add JELLO to boiling water and mix until dissolved.
Slowly add the JELLO to the cream cheese, with the mixer on stir.
Once that mixture is smooth, add the milk, while you keep the mixer going on stir.
Stop the mixer - then gently fold in the COOL WHIP until it's completely smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours (or best, overnight).
Garnish with fresh fruit.
